I’m Dr Kate Bennett-Brown, a UK-trained medical doctor and the founder of Dr Kate BB Aesthetics, a doctor-led aesthetic clinic based in London.

My academic and clinical training began with a degree in Biomedical Science, where I developed a strong foundation in the science of ageing, skin physiology and tissue health. I went on to study Medicine in the UK and later trained in surgery in London, gaining extensive experience in anatomy, precision, and patient safety - principles that continue to underpin my aesthetic practice today.

My surgical background gave me a detailed understanding of facial structure, proportions and tissue behaviour, as well as the importance of meticulous technique and clinical judgement. This training naturally shaped my approach to aesthetic medicine, where safety, anatomy and long-term outcomes must always come first.

I am known for a conservative, detail-focused style and a strong emphasis on natural results. My philosophy is centred on enhancement rather than alteration - treatments that restore balance, improve skin quality and leave you looking refreshed and confident, without ever appearing overdone.

I take a holistic and individualised approach to patient care. Every treatment journey begins with a comprehensive consultation, where I take time to assess facial anatomy, skin health, lifestyle factors, and long-term goals. Treatment plans are carefully tailored, and I will always give honest advice - including advising against treatment when it is not appropriate.

I work exclusively with evidence-based treatments and premium products, selected for their safety profile, research and ability to deliver refined, natural-looking outcomes. My focus is not on trends but on treatments that support long-term skin health and facial harmony.
